					<description><![CDATA[I remember climbing at least halfway up the obelisk in the mid &#039;90s. There was a tablet on the wall stating that the obelisk was restored in the late 1800s (I forget the exact date) and new windows were fitted.  That would explain why the windows are now circular but in 18th century prints they are depicted with arrowslits. It was a very memorable exploration!]]></description>
