Hello Danny. I am really sorry to disappoint you, but I didn’t find anything more about the Bedford family. My focus was the park around the mansion, and it was a struggle to find anything relating to its history. Good luck with your research.

From the Heckmondwike Road there’s a turn into the park (simply called Crow Nest Park on maps) which leads to the mansion and car park on the left. The Temple is right by the road and entrance on your right as you drive in. Happy hunting.
